So technically this isn’t a dessert, this Maple Pecan Acorn Squash recipe only contains two tablespoons brown sugar and two tablespoons of maple syrup. It isn’t overly sweet. In the very least it will make your house smell amazing, but it is a general crowd pleaser. It is a great way to add in another vegetable. The crunch pecans are a compliment to the smooth texture of the the acorn squash. I hope you enjoy this simple addition to your dinner menu.
