We are a busy family. It isn’t easy to eat a proper diet, get enough exercise, or the recommended amount of sleep every day. That’s why today I’m discussing ways to support a healthy immune system, including using a supplement to help provide immune support.     These are awesome tips. I travel a lot and I am susceptible to colds and other yucky stuff. I will have to check this Esther C out. I currently take a multi-vitamin, but I may need to add this one as well.

    My DH is always sick and when it hits it last at least a week. I am going to have to get this for him and see if we notice a difference.

    I love Ester-C and I had no idea they made a 24 hour version. I need to stock up on this as we have been sick for the last 2 weeks!
