What time is it?

It’s never been easy for me to quickly fall asleep, and the winter months can be markedly worse; I wouldn’t call myself clumsy but I’ve had myriad injuries that the cold weather exacerbates. My biggest problem is the two screws in my left hand; I broke two bones cheerleading in college that required permanent screws. When my hand is exposed to cold air and wind, it hurts. It’s hard to avoid the winter weather in Kentucky, especially when you have errands to run or chicken eggs to gather. When my hand starts to ache, it can hurt for hours. It hurts bad enough for me to consider other options, like taking CBD oil products via a device from https://www.kings-pipe.com/. A few friends have recommended CBD products to me as they have such great healing properties. Not only can the CBD act as pain relief, but it can also help me relax and even help me get a wink or two! I find that when my hands get cold, they seize up a little and the CBD will also help with any joint or muscle pain I experience and can also ease any spasms if I have any. Of course, I’d want to buy from the best CBD oil UK site to make sure I got good quality products but after all of the research I’ve done, it seems like a good solution. Bedtime for me becomes especially dreadful when my hand is hurting and I know I’ll have an early morning. We had to get up early on Saturday to attend the Blessing of the Hounds event a little over an hour away from home. Our schedule for the day was cram packed. We had to leave from there almost immediately to head to my nephew’s birthday party which was 1.5 hours away, and then turn right around to go back to the Kentucky Wild dinner. Friday night my hand started hurting from the sudden weather change (we were transitioning from high 60s to lows in the 20s-30s), and I rolled over to notice it was nearly 12:30am. I knew my alarm clock would go off in less than 6 hours and I would spend my day half miserable from a hurting hand and lack of sleep. I know our schedules during the holidays will only get worse, and so will the weather, so I’ve promised myself that I will attempt to remedy both issues by taking Advil PM when my hand is hurting and I need to get more sleep.

Why do I choose Advil PM? One Advil PM contains 200 mg of ibuprofen and 38 mg of diphenhydramine citrate. It’s a nighttime pain reliever which utilizes ibuprofen for pain relief and diphenhydramine as the sleep aid. It can help you fall asleep when pain is preventing a restful night. I know fans of marijuana (like this strain – https://www.ilovegrowingmarijuana.com/gorilla-glue-4/) say that they smoke to help them relax and sleep better, rather than using a medication like Advil PM. Often people say it also relieves them of aches and pains. Other people prefer to use CBD oil, which is derived from marijuana, as it has the same effect but doesn’t give you the ‘high’ that marijuana does as it contains no THC. There are lots of choices out there – it really comes down to what works for you.

I’m so tired of rolling over and asking myself, “What time is it?” When I take Advil PM at bedtime I can fall asleep faster and get a better night’s sleep.

When I get a Healing Night’s Sleep, I’m better able to tackle a busy day. I can shuttle Gabe between his sports and children’s theatre, get my errands done, work out, and focus on work with greater ease. I’m less irritable and more fun to be around. Gabe, Jeremy, and I can share our weekend adventures without me being exhausted.

What do you do when you’re hurting and you can’t fall asleep fast? I picked up Advil PM from my local Walgreens store, and I used this coupon available here.

Getting good rest is SO important as a busy mom, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to be kept wide awake because of pain! So glad you’re making Advil PM a part of your regular routine so that won’t be a problem anymore!
