Did you make any New Year’s Resolutions? I made a few this year, and most of them involved my health. I had a major health scare earlier in the year that I haven’t spoken about much; I had a breast biopsy. My mother and aunt both have had breast cancer; my mom was just a few years older than I am now when she was initially diagnosed. I have to go yearly for a mammogram, and this year a cluster of micro-calcifications had grown larger. I was thankful that I didn’t have cancer, or at least not yet; I’m considered high risk due to my family history, breast density, and micro-calcifications. I’ll go back in the early spring to have some follow up testing. I’m taking a hard look at my overall health, and trying to take steps to improve it. I’ve created a printable Health & Wellness Journal that I’m sharing that makes it easier to track daily, weekly, and monthly health and wellness goals.
I’ve spent the last year on a high dose prescription Vitamin D that I took once a week for a Vitamin D deficiency. It was really hard for me to take, and my doctor suggested that I try moving to a daily Vitamin D supplement this year. I already regularly take a multivitamin, but I plan to add a few other vitamins to that regimen to help me reach my health and wellness goals. Some friends have even suggested that I try out what they consider to be the best CBD oil UK in order to reap the health the benefits of the product that they claim has affected everything from their physical to their mental wellbeing. Another route to take, but in the same vein, is medical marijuana, people have commented on how it has helped them obtain clarity and calmness in their worst times. They learn how to make budder wax (or however they want to consume the marijuana) and use it to help their mental health and wellness so this is well worth looking into. It isn’t for everyone but has the potential to have amazing benefits for those who do try it. If you do decide that this may help your mental wellness, you can see the varying types of accessories like glow in the dark bongs that you might want to use with it.

I’ll be adding these vitamins to my daily regimen:
Nature’s Truth® Ultra Biotin 5,000 mcg to help maintain healthy skin, hair, and nails.* Biotin is more commonly known as B-7 or Vitamin H. It has also been suggested that biotin can help metabolize fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.* I’ve been trying to grow out my hair for nearly three years. I love that Nature’s Truth® Ultra Biotin 5,000 mcg comes in a berry flavored quick dissolve tablet to make it easier to take. Biotin deficiencies commonly occur during pregnancy, so it can also be used with most prenatal supplements.
Nature’s Truth® Melatonin 12 mg because my physician actually suggested I try it to help with sleep. I don’t fall asleep quickly and I wake frequently during the night. Melatonin is a natural hormone used to regulate the body’s natural sleep-wake cycle known as your circadian rhythm.* It can be utilized to help with occasional sleeplessness.* When our levels get low, sleep can be broken and restless. Nature’s Truth® Melatonin 12 mg is also available in a quick dissolve, berry flavored tablet that can also make it easier for those who have difficulty swallowing pills. People I know will try CBD products like the ones found on the Drug Science website to help relieve them of their sleeplessness.
I found my Nature’s Truth® Melatonin, Biotin, and Fish Oil at my local Rite Aid, but they’re also available at several other retailers including Walgreens, Amazon, and Target.com.
Nature’s Truth® is also offering an Honestly Good Challenge. They’re offering a money back guarantee if after 30 days you’re not completely satisfied, and you don’t notice the difference that premium vitamins make. You can also use the same link to sign up for discounts, prizes, and more.
Keeping track of general health and wellness information might help you notice deficits in your health and wellness routine. For example, if I’m laying down at 9pm but not falling asleep until 11pm or later on a regular basis, I can easily have the information recorded to show to my healthcare provider. It’s good to keep track of exercise and dietary habits too. I’ve found that writing things down helps to hold me accountable, and makes achieving or maintaining health and wellness goals easier. Here is my printable Health and Wellness Journal to help you keep track of daily health and wellness routine.
