Oats N Honey Baked French Toast

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 8 slices of regular bread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 3 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats ‘n Honey Granola Bars crushed
  1. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish
  2. Whip eggs, salt, milk and vanilla together until frothy
  3. Slice bread into triangles
  4. Arrange as pictured in the casserole dish
  5. Pour egg and milk mixture over the bread
  6. Spoon the cooled melted butter over the bread
  7. Sprinkle the crushed Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats ‘n Honey Granola Bars across the top
  8. Cover with aluminum foil
  9. Allow the mixture to soak into the bread for a least 20 minutes, but you can refrigerate overnight
  10. Preheat oven to 350F
  11. Bake for 20 minutes covered
  12. Uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
  13. Serve warm with syrup
