Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding Using Brioche Bread
  • 1¾ cup milk
  • 1 loaf of brioche bread cut into cubes
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F
  2. Lightly grease a round or oval casserole dish
  3. Whip eggs, milk, butter and salt together until frothy
  4. Spread cubed bread into your dish
  5. Evenly pour mixture over bread and allow it to sit for 15 minutes in the refrigerator
  6. Mixture should soak into the bread
  7. Make sure that bread is evenly coated, but don't over stir because the bread will start to crumble apart.
  8. Bake uncovered 35-45 minutes until golden brown
  9. Serve with whipped cream or syrup.
