No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars For A Mother's Day Treat

These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are great for a peanut butter lover. They're loaded with peanut butter and graham crackers, and topped with a chocolatey coating and chopped peanuts.
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¾ cup confectioners sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup finely crushed chocolate graham crackers
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter or vegetable oil (for topping)
  • ⅛ cup chopped peanuts
  1. Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment or wax paper
  2. Melt butter and combine with peanut butter
  3. Slowly mix in the sugar and graham crackers
  4. Mixture will be very thick
  5. Press into the bottom of the baking pan and flatten
  6. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double-boiler with the tablespoon of butter or vegetable oil
  7. Pour over peanut butter mixture and spread
  8. Top with chopped peanuts
  9. Refrigerate at least 1.5 hours
  10. When bars are set, gently remove them from pan and slice into squares
