Marshmallow Buttercream Frosting (small batch recipe)

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1¼ cup sifted confectioner's sugar
  • 8 ounces of marshmallow creme
  1. Beat butter in a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy
  2. Add sifted confectioner's sugar ¼ cup at a time until all is well incorporated.
  3. Fold in marshmallow creme until dispersed throughout buttercream
  4. Store refrigerated in airtight container until ready to use.
