I love a good cobbler during the summer months when the fruit is fresh; what I don’t love is the messy clean up. It can take forever to clean off baked-on fruit and crust which generally involves a good time pre-soaking the pan. If you make it in a cast iron skillet, like I do, you might have double the clean up time. Today I’m sharing my recipe for a Blackberry Strawberry Cobbler, and how I easily get my cast iron skillet clean.
